Scottish mahogany longcase clock, circa 1830s, with beautiful hand painted dial signed 'James Block, Kirkaldy', with hand pierced Scottish 'Thistle' hands, Scottish weights marked 'Kf' possibly Kirkaldy foundry and matching painted pendulum original to the clock. Superb Scottish mahogany case with classic Scottish door. Excellent runner on 8 day 'Time and Strike' movement with original key. 220 x 48 x 25 cm
