A pair of Chinese iron-red decorated covered teabowls, 1862-1874, Tongzhi mark and period. Each foliate-rimmed bowl with four lotus flower-heads divided by gilt shou characters and bats, iron-red seal mark. 10.7 cm diameter (2) Provenance: An old Queensland private collection; ex Leon Blumenthal collection circa 1980, (ex British Colonial Service)
