A Japanese style copper and brass teapot designed by Christopher Dresser (1834-1904) Manufacturer Benham & Froud Ltd, London, circa 1880, the angular four sided teapot with pierced frieze riveted with brass pins in contrast the brass spout riveted with copper pins, finished with a fixed brass handle, incised symbol to base, 20.5 cm high.
