A fine transitional style ormolu mounted satinwood and kingwood vitrine late 19th century, the break-front variegated marble top above a reverse-moulded frieze with arched crest, the glazed door flanked by glazed panels and sides enclosing a ruby velvet-lined interior with adjustable glass shelves, raised on cabriole legs with sabots, decorated throughout with fields of geometric marquetry and finely modelled ormolu centre pieces, frames, and clasps, 153 x 171 x 49 cm
