An English penwork sewing box, probably Tunbridge, with early Tunbridge tools, circa 1800, the rectangular box with recessed base decorated in bands of pen work motifs bordering a figurative lithograph cartouche to the lid, internally segmented to store sewing equipment including a netting winder, 23 cm wide.
