An Eiraku Zengoro teapot, circa 1860, the gilt bud finial above a blue lotus leaf adorned lid above the bulbous body with single spout and gourd shaped handle. Decorated with a gilt phoenix among flowering vines against a rust ground, the foot decorated with underglaze blue geometric panels. Signed under the lid. As found. Height 7 cm.
