A large and very fine Chinese huali mirror, 18th century, the frame inlaid in bone and satinwood, with an intricate design that includes alternate bats, peaches and stylised clouds, as well as dragons, a carved and pierced stylised inner apron above and below, each corner with an extended scrolling decorated flange, carved and pierced with exotic fruits including Buddha's hand citrons, ruyi fungu and peaches.
