An Australian silver presentation cup unmarked, probably by William Edwards, the ogee body decorated with a continuous chased and embossed frieze showing a sheep in a rain forest landscape, inscribed 'The Gift of R. C. Morton Esq, For the Best 4 Tooth Lincoln Ram, Awarded to Messrs. J & S Austin, Avalon. N.A.S. Spring Show, 1875.', the stem modelled as two entwined branches, gilt wash interior. Height 26 cm
