A New Zealand carved rimu Arts & Craft long case clock, the hood carved ‘Tempus Fugit’ with glazed door flanked by two plain columns above the long door with moon and tree design, the dial with an ivory coloured chapter ring, Roman numerals and with gilded brass fittings, maker’s name A. Henderson, Masterton. Note this clock was presented by Mrs C.S.Vallance of Masterton for the ‘Grand Village Fair’, raising funds for the local Y.M.C.A. 1907, the interior case with original label, ticket and newspaper cuttings about the event.
