A silver George III period four piece teaset, London 1798 by Charles Aldridge, the oval section pot with wrythen fluting to the lower part of the body beneath a chased and engraved border of floral sprigs, the shoulder and the hinged lid edge with fine engraved detailing beneath a wrythen fluted dome surmounted by an urn finial, the swing handled sugar basket and milk jug of conforming decoration and similarly the oval pot stand, with accompanying sugar tongs of the same year by William Williams.
