A large carved walnut breakfront bookcase, French, circa 1900, the stepped top with scroll carved crest and scrolled caryatids to either side above a central double arched glazed door with single arched doors to either side, the lower section with three heavily carved cupboard doors with central portrait roundels flanked by caryatids over a gadrooned base on paw feet, stamped Paris and signed indistinctly on the back 206 cm wide, 53 cm deep, 307 cm high
