A good quality Victorian lady's burr walnut combination games/work table, circa 1880 Rectangular, with pronounced corners inlaid with fine marquetry bands and stringing to the fold over top, opening to reveal an inlaid playing surface for chess and backgammon, above a single full width drawer for storage and with a further storage compartment housing a pleated work, raised on fine tapering and turned legs, porcelain castors, 64 x 70.5 x 43 cm.
