A Japanese hirazogan and patinated bronze figure Meiji period (1868-1912 ) Cast as a man dressed in traditional clothing and holding a folded parasol in one hand, the whole inlayed with gold (kogane) and silver (shirogane) decoration, mounted upon a later square and carved rosewood stand, 33 cm total height.
