Robert Prenzel (1866-1941), a rare and important carved Eucalypt faunal panel, signed and dated 1926 Rectangular, carved in high relief with Koala perched in a Eucalyptus tree amongst gum leaves and gum nuts, inscribed signature Robert Prenzel / South Yarra / 1926 lower right, within a rough hewn frame, the panel 52.5 x 34.5 cm; the frame 67 x 49 cm.
