A rare Chinese silver bachelor's teaset of ribbed, tapered, cylindrical form, each wide rib with various relief decorated panel of blossoms, figures, dragons, bamboo, etc., the twin handled sugar bowl and teapot with curling branch and leaf moulded finials, reeded borders, gilded interiors, each piece with maker's mark 'Hc' and character marks for Hung Chong, Shanghai, c. 1860-1930.
