The hilt, silk bound rayskin covered with gilt metal menuki of dragon encircling a double edged sword. The fuchi carved with reishi clouds and inlaid gold swastika lightening. The shakudo kashira with two mons of the Tachibana family. The iron tsuba stamped with chrysanthemums to one side, cherry blossoms verso. Overall in saya 93.5 cm.
