Number plates 'L' and '1157' for diesel locomotive 'L 1157' cast iron, white painted raised letters and numbers on black painted background, some paint loss and wear commensurate with age largest 28 cm high, 70 cm wide, 1.7 cm deep. Other Notes: L 1157 was an electric locomotive used on Gippsland services. It completed several million miles in the service of the Victorian Government but was never used by Wcr.
