An associated late Victorian sterling silver candelabra maker's marks for Walker & Hall and H.E Ltd, Sheffield, circa 1896 inscribed 'Presented to Dr Mcdowell on the Occasion of His Marriage, by the Menston Asylum staff, December 1896', the fluted Corinthian columnar standard, with an acanthus leaf moulded capital, the conforming upper section, emanating two branches terminating in sconces with gadrooned drip pans and a further central sconce, raised on a weighted square foot, 50 cm high
