A Contemporary Diamond, Sapphire and South Sea Pearl Pendant 'the Spiral' Designed by Daniel Ammavuta The 18ct white gold spiral pave set with 2.43cts of round golden sapphires and 2.08cts of round white brilliant cut diamonds, finished and hinged with a white South Sea pearl measuring 1.4 cm, suspended from an Italian gold trace chain.
