Stanley Bruce (1883-1967), Australian politician, diplomat and Prime Minister. A, watercolour and mixed media original painting by Leonard Frank Reynolds (1897-1939), political cartoonist for the Melbourne Sun pictorial, evening Herald and the staff artist on the Melbourne Herald. His works are displayed in prestigious institutions - the National library and the Powerhouse Museum both display his original work. In private hands for many years, this work has not been seen since its' discovery in 1940, image size 23 x 35 framed, glazed, mounted and signed lower left L. F. Reynolds
