Description:
A watchcase shaped silver vinaigrette, apparently unmarked, possibly Birmingham circa 1850 circular section, the hinged lid with a band of foliate scroll engraving, enclosing engraved initials 'Md' the plain base with a border of reeding. A cast foliate border to the body and a hinged carrying ring. Gilt interior with a plain pull off grill with circular piercing, height overall height to ring end 4 cm, diameter 3 cm, weight 22gms.
