An important pair of Russian ormolu and amethyst coloured cut glass vases, Imperial Glass Manufactory, circa 1830-40 of ovoid, shouldered form, the amethyst tinted glass cut with a wide band of zig-zags and raised strawberry diamonds, flanked by two scroll handles terminating in ormolu mascarons, supported on square pillar cut base with circular feet, one handles replaced. Height 57 cm
