18th century Brass Dial English Bracket Clock, pull repeat on six bells. John Taylor, London. The inverted bell topped case surmounted by a brass handle, rectangular side frets and ornate front frets to door, moulded plinth base and block feet. The 18 cm brass break arched dial with foliate spandrels, silvered dial with half and quarter hour markers, malled centre and dummy pendulum aperture and calendar work. Strike silent subsidiary dial mounted on the break arch. Signed Cartouche to dial. The twin fusee movement with foliate engraved back plate, verge escapement, pull repeat on six bells and striking the hours on a single bell. Height 51 cm handle on
