A French 18th century Louis XVI cream-painted canopy bed, the arched headboard and footboard with carved pilastres surround, surmounted by four fluted supports holding the octagonal domed shaped canopy, the rectangular stretchers carved with ribbon-tied foliate swags, on short tapering fluted legs, raised on castors, with green silk drapery, cover and cushion, 210 cm wide, 115 cm deep, 295 cm high .
