Potier/ a Paris, flanked to each side by ribbon-tied laurel branches, surmounted by flags, on scrolling acanthus cast mounts, on a stepped base cast with musical trophies, on small bun feet, the movement inscribed to the reverse Chles Potier a Paris and numbered No. 18.
