A French 19th century, Louis XV style, giltwood console, the serpentine marble top above a pierced frieze of 'C' scrolls and scrolling foliate branches, on cabriole legs carved with further scrolling foliage and flowers, joined to the centre by a shaped stretcher with scrolling acanthus leaves.
