An Aboriginal brass breast plate (King and Queen plate) (Queensland, 19th century) crescent shaped with holes at each end, inscribed 'Tom and Lilly King and Queen of Reedy Springs', applied verso is a label that reads in part, 'Tom and Lilly worked for the Anning Family for fifty years. Reedy Springs station is 150 miles west of Townsville and north of Hughenden.' 10 (height) x 22.5 cm (width)
