1893 Australian Team: original sepia photograph, by Scott and Wilkinson, Cambridge, showing the Australian team in their distinctive caps and blazers (with shield emblem rather than coat-of-arms), signed at lower right 'A.C.Bannerman's Compliments 1893', size 29 x 24 cm, the team includes Jack Blackham (Captain), Affie Jarvis, George Giffen, Walter Giffen, Harry Graham, Alec Bannerman, John Lyons, Arthur Coningham, Harry Trott, Charlie turner, Syd Gregory, William Bruce, Bob McLeod, Hugh Trumble and Victor Cohen (manager). (Alec Bannerman played 28 Tests 1878-93, Australian test player No. 16. In this series Alec Bannerman became the first Australian to score 1000 test runs).
