A fine regulator clock by Dimier & Co, Geneve 19th century 133 x 31 cm with silvered dial, signed and numbered, with jewelled adjustable pallets and maintaining power, ruby jewelled plates for escape and pallet pivots, mercury compensated, rod pendulum movement. Provenance: This clock was discovered under the floorboards of the Toorak Presbytery, holy candle burn to upper door, the maker Dimier Geneve are listed at 1840, in Swiss timepiece makers 1775, -1975 Kathleen H. Pritchard
