Eliza Cox (1830-1897), Watercolour, George Town from the banks of the creek (inscribed verso), 17.5 cm x 24.5 cm, *Eliza Cox was the eldest daughter of James Cox of Clarendon in 1873 she painted a watercolour of the Cox summer residence Marion Villa, close by at Low Head. This view depicts the Tamar River with the watch house at Georgetown
