A fine pair of late 19th century bronze and ormolu ewers, in the Empire style, with foliate cast and cockerels head handles, the spouts with a green man mask, the bodies with a band of eagles and anthemions, the bases with a collar of overlapping leaves, on square vert antique marble plinths. Height 46 cm.
