A Japanese black-lacquer armour with a nuinobu do 18th-19th century, laced in blue and green with orange and white highlights, the russet-iron sixteen-plate suji kabuto with a three-stage shakudo tehen kanamono and fitted with a four-lame shikoro, the bowl mounted with a copper disc heraldic crest m'date; menpo with a broad nose and gilt teeth and a three-lame solid-plate yodarekake; nuinobu do with each scale scalloped along the top edge, with six sections of four-lame kusazuri; chusode, shino gote, shino suneate and Etchu haidate; one armour box and stand
