A fine late 18th century English brass-mounted triple-pad top bracket clock with enamel dial Hare, London, surmounted by an urn finial on a block with pierced brass side pieces, each of the three pads with brass edging over a well moulded cornice, side handles, sound frets and a stepped and moulded plinth base on bracket feet, the signed six inch enamel Roman and Arabic dial with concentric date, set within pierced brass frets, the movement with chain fusees to an anchor escapement with rack strike on a bell, the backplate signed within a foliate cartouche.
