Description:
Will Dyson (1880-1938, Noted Illustrator and political cartoonist.) A watercolour caricature of William Henry Wilks (1863- 1940). Wilks was President of the New South Wales Literary and Debating Societies Union after which, in 1887 he was elected to its council. He was a member of the House of Representatives from 1901-1910. Framed in original frame, glazed and signed lower left. See Sept 1st 1908 edition of 'Our Rules'.
