Nineteenth century indoor/carpet bowls, display case showing six pairs of bowls & large white 'Jack'. (decorative ceramic carpet bowls were advertised in the 1840s. A form of parlour game which used ceramic bowls known in Scotland as 'Piggies' was extremely popular between 1860 and 1880)
