Hawker Demon Biplane, K4500. Rubber powered Ff model of balsa, tissue and wire construction. Features a hand beaten aluminium cowling. 64 cm wing span. Burt Hartshorn witnessed a fl ying display by these aircraft at an Air Pageant at Essendon in 1935.
