1924 Indian Chief engine no. 81 x 082We are informed that this 1924 Indian Chief was Australian delivered and comes with handbook and instruction manuals supplied, the motorcycle has been the property of its current owner for many years and whilst everything is sound and complete, the Chief is in need of an overhaul and re-commissioning.all metalwork has been sand blasted and etch primed and is now ready to be cut back and repainted, the tank needs restoring as does the three speed gearbox. Most of the chrome work has already been undertaken, the bike has a new seat, the wheels have been refurbished and powder coated as has the complete headlight. We are informed the frame is straight and without any cracks or twists.This lot is sold strictly as viewed.
