An 18th century Mughal sapphire and diamond pendant hand carved blue sapphire on both sides with a foliate design, the pendant centre decorated with a gold leaf inset with eight uncut diamonds. Mounted in a silver surround, set with 50 roughly facetted diamonds. Length 5.8 cm. Provenance: Jaiswali Family collection
