A Finefamille rose Pink Ground 'Lantern' Medallion Bowl Daoguang Six Character Seal Mark And Of The Period (1821- 1850) The bowl sides of rounded form terminating in a very slightly everted rim the exterior finely enamelled and gilded depicting lanterns within four medallions separated by floral sprays on a pink sgraffito ground the interior walls decorated in underglaze blue with four clusters of various flowers the centre illustrating a tree rockwork and a grazing rabbit within double underglaze blue circles 14.5 cm diameter.
