A yellow Kesi robe of state, Chaopao woven predominantly in shades of blue, green, pink, red, and gold with four five-clawed dragons chasing flaming pearls amidst clouds on the upper part, above the waist band with pairs of confronted dragons, the skirt front and back with nine dragon medallions above a frieze of three further dragons over a narrow band of rocks and waves and lishui stripe, and interspersed overall with the symbols of Imperial authority, the border with scrolls and wan symbols on a dark blue ground and the cuffs and separate collar with further dragons on a dark blue ground, the robe.
