A superb Russian gold and guilloche enamelled cigar case, circa 1880, St. Petersberg. Possibly retailed through Faberge, the saffron coloured guilloche enamelled tube with 9ct rose and yellow gold swagged mounts each studded with mine cut diamonds and featuring a laurel surrounding a Crown set with cabochon rubies and inlaid to the lid the Russian coat of arms. Stamped to base. Length 14 cm.
