An Australian Colonial brass breast plate or gorget of crescentric, convex form with a hole at each apex, the centre engraved 'Mr. Verge's / King Michie' surmounted by a fish facing left flanked by sprigs of foliage, 12.3 cm wide, 6.1 cm high.
