A very unusual and decorative ornamental tsuba of very large size. Made in the Taisho period for ceremonial purpose, the four lobed shape has a relief design of a young boy with a hobby horse in silver, gold, bronze, shakudo and copper, the reverse with shells and a landscape incised. Diameter 10 cm weight 256gms
