A Japanese Meiji Period Baluster Vase. A small dark blue baluster vase with gold and silver wire cloisonnÃ(c). Two birds in plum blossom with bamboo and grasses, spade border. Silver foot and rim. Minor bruise on shoulder and rim dent. Inlaid silver wire mark. A fine example by Hayashi Kodenji. 1859-1922. Weight 90gms
