Chinese wooden carved and lacquered ancestral cabinet-shrine, the interior painted with gold lacquer depicting a five-fold screen with scenes of mountains, pines, lakes, the exterior doors richly carved in deep hollow relief fully gilded, the interior medallions of inner doors carved with vegetative motifs surmounted by flying phoenixes. Exterior doors have lotus blossoms above dragons. 46 x 43 x 19 cm
