Limited edition; 4to; (1920, Sydney); tippedin black and white frontispiece, 10 tipped-in black and white plates, foreword by Lionel Lindsay, original illustrated papered boards, minor foxing to endpapers and page edges, otherwise a very good clean copy. Limited edition of 1000 copies. A nice association copy, inscribed to Dr Worrall from Betty Crossle 1923. Mrs Crossle's husband was Lindsay's doctor, Francis Crossle, who had met her when she was with Wb Yeats and the Esoteric Order of the golden Dawn, the Crossles shared Lindsay's interest in theosophy and were living at Thirroul at the time of Dh Lawrence's visit
