Russian Bronze Equestrian Group of a Zaporozhian Cossack 'After the Battle' Cast after a Model by Evgeny Alexnderovich Lanceray (Russian, 1848-1886) inscribed in Cyrillic in the mould Lanceray, probably late C19th, 45 cm height, 43 cm width. The bronze was purchased by the current owner in Kensington, London C1990s. He is friend of an extended member of the sculptors family.
