A framed large sampler by Elisabeth Throop dated 1800, containing a worked verse in now faded blue threads, above pictorials of deer in a forest, a rustic couple and dogs near their house and flowers in urns enclosed by a borders of stylised flowers. Note; some age discolouration to linen ground and rusting from old tacks. Frame. Height 57 cm. Width 47.8 cm
