Smith of restrained decoration, the rounded oblong dish and high domed cover of good weight, the cover with a reeded border below two foliate engraved cartouche areas each containing a matching coat of arms, the scrolling foliate handle on a pad of leaves in relief with repousse, the dish with a heraldic crest to the interior wall and supported on paw and classical pierced foliate feet.
