New Zealand timber dressing and jewellery box with paua shell edge, with red velvet and leather ruche lining inside lid, original scent bottles (2) with stoppers, two other bottles, different sizes and three different sized containers with EPNS lids. Has secret compartment for jewellery/letters. diamond shaped inset on top of lid of mother of pearl and paua and also where the lock is located (no key), engraved CJA 1879
